Fall is here! The seasons are changing and our team is growing! Over the last 7 years Backwoods Promotions has gone through many changes. We have welcomed hundreds of new staff to our roster and now we have had the opportunity to expand our internal team. We would like to take a moment to celebrate and introduce our newest members!

 

Cotter Graham 

Sales & Business Development Manager 


Cotter Graham is coming on board as Backwoods Promotions’ Sales & Business Development Manager.  Cotter graduated with a Sales Management degree from Purdue University, and in the past ten years has worked in Account Management for consumer products. She follows a workplace philosophy of building relationships, creating value, and problem solving to improve current systems while maintaining brand standards. With Cotter’s expertise and professionalism she is excited to use her skills to bring a fresh perspective to the foundation of Backwoods Promotions. She is ready to cultivate a very exciting 2020 year for both our clients and staff! 

When Cotter is not at work, she is an outdoors enthusiast and loves to spend time in nature. She is a veterinarian's daughter; that being said, she enjoys any activities with ranching, her pets, or observing wildlife in her current state of Minnesota. When winter comes around her indoor activities include; fitness, playing the piano, and indoor archery. 

 

Erica Bezdziecki

Marketing Coordinator

Erica has joined the team as a Marketing Coordinator for Backwoods Promotions. She has a strong desire to see others reach their full potential. Erica first started her career path in health and wellness. She graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and entered the world of personal training. Upon moving to California she was presented with an opportunity to become a brand ambassador. She tried it out and became completely immersed in the industry; which defined and sharpened her skills of communication, responsibility, and integrity. She also found that, although she wasn’t physically training someone, she was helping businesses thrive! Years later, she began to seek an internal position with a company that was ready for growth and expansion in which she wanted to be apart of. With perfect timing and placement, Backwoods Promotions came into her life. With a diverse background in events, entrepreneurialism, and business, Erica has demonstrated the enthusiasm and drive to expand herself and businesses she has worked for.

Backwoods Promotions aligns perfectly with Erica’s  passions and hobbies. When Erica is not working you can find her .. well you can’t. She is probably camping, hiking, or off-roading in the mountains of Colorado where she currently resides.  

 

Stephanie Moran

Staffing Assistant 

Stephanie Moran has recently joined the Backwoods Promotions team as a Staffing Assistant. She will help oversee staffing needs, recruit talent nationwide, and support candidate screening and hiring. Stephanie brings to the table over twelve years of experience in events and promotions, which allows her to understand the ins and outs of this industry. She is currently pursuing her degree in Public Health and minoring in Communications at Eastern Michigan University.  Her education paired with her extensive background in promotional work gives her the framework necessary for this position. She loves to interact with people on a personal level, and has an open-door policy, inviting anyone to chat with her or to simply lend an ear. Her interpersonal and communication skills are the core of her work ethic. 

Stephanie is originally from the Pacific Northwest where there is no shortage of beautiful landscapes and scenery. She has lived all over the country, as well as spent several years abroad. She now lives in Ann Arbor, MI, and in her spare time loves cooking, hiking, running, and playing with her two rescue cats. She is excited to be a part of the Backwoods team working alongside like-minded professionals, continuing the growth of the brand, and getting to know the friendly faces of talent nationwide!   


Ashley Bodnar

Staffing Assistant 

Ashley works as a Staffing Assistant with Backwoods Promotions. She has a strong sales, communications and marketing background, and has worked with Backwoods Promotions for years, originally as a brand ambassador, and now on our internal team! Ashley eats, sleeps and breathes the backwoods lifestyle! She was raised on outdoors fun and motorsports. Growing up, her dad was a commercial fisherman and loved everything ‘adrenaline’. Her family owned everything from quads to dirtbikes and they engaged in restoring old cars. Ashley feels blessed to be a part of a company that aligns with her passion and to promote what she loves! 

Ashley also works in the oil and gas sector doing emergency response, safety and security. In her spare time, you can find Ashley riding her Harley, camping, fishing, hiking, or on a snowmobile or ATV!
