This year Backwoods Promotions and our staff members had the opportunity to make it back out to the Mint 400 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our team of brand ambassadors were ecstatic to hand out koozies, stickers, and assist with selling awesome merch at the Great American Off-Road Race supporting a very recognized brand such as FOX Factory Inc. 

The Mint 400 is the ultimate outdoor test for off-road racers. It takes place in the grueling Nevada desert March 5th-7th and features 550 race teams from thirty different states and seventeen different countries, competing on a 120-mile loop that extends from the edge of Las Vegas to the California-Nevada state line at Primm. FOX came prepared for the grizzly race and the results showed!


The past seven years FOX has accomplished overall wins and this year was no different as they entered the race with strong confidence and determination to keep their winning streak alive. Pulling onto contingency row is adrenaline pumping for everyone with engines roaring and the crowd screaming before the racers head off into the Nevada desert.

As stated by FOX Factory Inc., their victories consist of “The Top 2 overall in the premier Unlimited Truck class, 29 class podium spots, 13 class wins, a Class 10 podium sweep, a Top 4 in UTV Pro Turbo, and Top 2 in the National Hare & Hound Motorcycle Race Hooligan Open Class. Most importantly, though, was our eighth consecutive year of FOX overall domination in the Unlimited Truck class”...

Bryce Menzie reached the top spot for Unlimited Class qualifier in third position putting him on the second row for the race. To follow, FOX’s Top 10 Unlimited Truck qualifiers: Luke McMillin (4th), Justin Lofton (6th), and Rob MacCachren (8th). Cody Parkhouse was the top qualifying Class 1, while Justin Blower and Brad Lovell qualified 2nd and 3rd respectively in the Baja Truck class.
