– JOB DESCRIPTION –

Established in 2012, Backwoods Promotions is a certified woman-owned, award winning agency that specializes in agriculture, motorsports and outdoors event staffing for our clients. It is our goal to secure top notch staff to work with our clients at outdoor events, tradeshows and farming/agriculture events. We started this company to Promote What We Love ® and as a result we love connecting with staff who share our passion for the industries we promote. As a Brand Ambassador working at the upcoming Ag in Motion event, you’ll be part of an industry leading team and company as we work to promote a well-known agricultural farming equipment manufacturer looking to connect with consumers at this event.

Position Overview

Brand Represented: Agriculture Equipment manufacturer 

Event: Ag in Motion

Location: Langham, SK  

Dates of work:

July 16th 8:00am-4:30pm

July 17th 8:15am-4:30pm

July 18th 8:15am-4:30pm

*must be available to work all days and hours

Rate: paid hourly/competitive 

Travel: Travel pay (i.e. mileage is available)

A typical day in this role might include:

• Ongoing representation of the brand through a positive attitude and a genuine love for agriculture industry
• Greet & interact with event attendees in a positive manner
• Assist with lead generation, facilitating a fun game or lead activity, handing out promotional items as needed
• Provide basic information to event attendees regarding the brand and their products
• Assist with light setup/teardown, support the on-site team as needed

Do these statements describe you?

• I have 2-3 years experience working in sales, marketing, events or promotions
• I have strong communication skills and am a quick learner
• I am outgoing, energetic and have no problem approaching people at an event or in a booth
• I am comfortable working at outdoor events where dirt, dust and other weather could be factors
• I have a current and valid drivers license in good standing
• I do not have a criminal record
