Sand and water and snow, oh my!

The fall event season sure is one of the busiest times of the year! It seems that once September hits, in addition with kids back to school, companies and tradeshow organizers alike are hit with the insanity of show season. Of course, support staff such as ourselves, also feel the craziness, and like many, we love it and thrive off of it.

From sand, water, snow, and everything in between, Backwoods staff have had a busy fall season representing our awesome clients, celebrating global product launches, and doing what we do best – Promoting What We Love.

The Backwoods Team took to the sand dunes of Glamis for the biggest Halloween party in Southern California. Brittney and Lauren, both off-road riders and enthusiasts, represented Can-Am Off-Road at the show while handing out custom Can-Am T-Shirts and helping duners register for demo rides.

September brought excitement to Colorado where staff joined Can-Am in celebrating their global product launch of the 2019 Ryker. BRP Dealers from across the world flooded into Denver, CO to demo the new Ryker on a mountain road course. Can-Am also released several new Maverick Sport Models and the all new re-engineered Outlander that Backwoods staff took pleasure in introducing.

Our Florida based team members combined their passion for watersports and love of working events by supporting our clients, Evinrude Outboard Boat Motors and Sea-Doo at the Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Tampa Boat Shows.

Thousands of watersports enthusiasts flooded to these shows to see newly released products and accessories.

Snow enthusiasts kicked off the snowmobile season in North Branch, MN for Hay Days, known among snowmobilers as the world’s largest snowmobile grass drag event. Over a dozen additional snowmobile shows followed, including the New Hampshire Grass Drags, New York’s Big East Snowmobile Show, and other snowmobile shows sweeping across the Midwest and Canada.

We look forward to the upcoming winter season where we’ll be promoting our clients at upcoming hockey and football promotions, plus snocross, X Games, and motorcycle events.

The SEMA Show is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world. It brings the industry’s most talented individuals and hottest products to Las Vegas, Nevada annually for the largest showcase of it’s kind. In addition, the SEMA Show provides attendees with educational seminars, product demonstrations, special events, networking opportunities and more.

The 2018 SEMA Show attracted more than 70,000 domestic and international buyers, and featured close to 3,000 new parts and tools. Custom builds, combined with celebrity appearances, and top notch products made this show another one for the books!

This year our Backwoods Promotions team was proud to represent one of our long-term clients, Fox Factory Inc., at this show. Fox kicked the week off at SLS Casino with a VIP party showcasing their newest shocks. The week then continued at the Las Vegas Convention Center where Fox promotional models greeted event attendees at the outdoor booth, taking pictures, handing out promotional products and promoting Fox Factory Inc. We had an absolute blast working at this event, and can’t wait until SEMA 2019!
