[NEWS] Backwoods Promotions Renews Contract with Ski-Doo

TORONTO, On (August 26, 2015) – Just announced, Backwoods Promotions has renewed it’s contract for the second year with Bombardier Recreational Products / Ski-Doo Snowmobiles to provide the world-renowned company with promotional staff during the upcoming 2015 snowmobile show season. The fall snowmobile show schedule covers a total of thirteen events across Canada and the United States, with the first event being the Hay Days Grass Drags located in North Branch, MN. This event (scheduled for September 12-13) has been touted as the official start of winter by snowmobilers everywhere and is recognized as the world’s largest snowmobile event.

Last year, Backwoods Promotions hired promotional staff with a wide variety of snowmobile experience to work with Ski-Doo at snowmobile events. Team members included women who raced in the Canadian Snow Cross Racing Series (CSRA), sponsored back country riders, and snowmobile drag racers to name a few. The synergy between team members, Backwoods Promotions and the client, Ski-Doo, was seamless, with a great deal of positive feedback received from multiple directions. Backwoods Promotions Recruiting Staff for Upcoming Snowmobile Season

Backwoods Promotions is embarking on their second recruitment campaign for the upcoming 2015/2016 snowmobile season. They are looking for dynamic, outgoing snowmobile ladies to work with some of the top companies in the industry at upcoming events across the United States and Canada.

Backwoods Promotions takes pride in hiring staff who live the ‘Backwoods Life’. Through an extensive screening process, staff are chosen based on their previous experience working promotions, their current experience and knowledge of snowmobiles, and a combination of personality characteristics that are considered critical for connecting with snowmobile fans at trade shows and outdoor events.

Job duties at events include: interacting with event attendees, promoting the company and their products, handing out promotional items and facilitating fun games.
